Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided that:

* Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition

* All tags and packaging are intact

* A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided

* Customer is responsible for return shipping costs


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

* Sale / Clearance items

* Underwear, socks, tights, and any intimate or close-to-skin garments

* Gift cards

* Items not in resellable condition
