Return Policy


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following:

Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided that:
  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags and packaging are intact.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Sale / Clearance items
  • Underwear, socks, tights, and any intimate or close-to-skin garments
  • Gift cards
  • Items not in resellable condition

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, Sweet Monkey will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us with photos of the issue to receive a pre-paid return label.
  • Other Returns: For all other returns or exchanges (e.g., change of mind, size preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Important Note for Gift Card Purchases
Please note that when purchasing multiple Gift Cards in a single order, our system automatically merges the total amount into a single Gift Card code.
  • Need multiple separate codes? (e.g., buying gift cards for different recipients)
  • Please place a separate order for each Gift Card so that a unique code is generated for each purchase.
  • Already purchased multiple cards in one order?
  • If you received a single combined code but need it split into separate codes, please contact us via [email protected] with your Order Reference, and we will gladly split them for you!
  • Usage Scope: Gift card can be redeemed for any products available at Sweet Monkey (both online and in-store), with the exception of purchasing other gift cards.
  • Non-Refundable & Final Sale: Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash (except as required by law), or resold/transferred.
  • Loss, Theft, or Unauthorized Use: Gift cards should be treated like cash. Sweet Monkey is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards, and lost cards will not be replaced.
  • No Expiration Date: There are no fees or expiration dates associated with this gift card.
  • Fraud Prevention: Sweet Monkey reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and orders for review if a fraudulent transaction or policy violation is suspected.
