Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following:
Eligibility
Customers may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided that:
- Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale / Clearance items
- Underwear, socks, tights, and any intimate or close-to-skin garments
- Gift cards
- Items not in resellable condition
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, Sweet Monkey will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us with photos of the issue to receive a pre-paid return label.
- Other returns: For all other returns or exchanges(e.g., change of mind, size preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
