• Important Note for Gift Card Purchases
• Please note that when purchasing multiple Gift Cards in a single order, our system automatically merges the total amount into a single Gift Card code.

  • Need multiple separate codes? (e.g., buying gift cards for different recipients)

    Please place a separate order for each Gift Card so that a unique code is generated for each purchase.

  • Already purchased multiple cards in one order?

    If you received a single combined code but need it split into separate codes, please contact us via [email protected] with your Order Reference, and we will gladly split them for you!

• Usage Scope: This gift card can be redeemed for any products available at Sweet Monkey (both online and in-store), with the exception of purchasing other gift cards.

• Non-Refundable & Final Sale: Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash (except as required by law), or resold/transferred.

• Loss, Theft, or Unauthorized Use: Gift cards should be treated like cash. Sweet Monkey is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards, and lost cards will not be replaced.

• No Expiration Date: There are no fees or expiration dates associated with this gift card.

• Fraud Prevention: Sweet Monkey reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and orders for review if a fraudulent transaction or policy violation is suspected.
